About Bill

Born and raised in Salem County, Bill McGowan is one of our premier solar specialists here at RCL Enterprises Inc. Bill had solar installed on his home, and after seeing the benefits of solar, Bill soon found himself wanting to share the benefits of solar energy with others. He started in the solar industry in early 2013, began working with RCL in August of that year, and today is one of our leading solar specialists.

He is a self-motivated individual who prides himself on his honesty, trustworthiness, and helping others. He and his assistant Kelly have helped many happy customers with their solar process throughout South Jersey. In his time away from work, he enjoys boating, traveling, and spending time with his family.
